Des portes jumelles coûtaient deux fois plus cher avec l'inconvénient d'un seuil à franchir, donc l'option d'une porte de garage s'avérait le meilleur choix pratique et économique tout en étant étanche et bien isolée (R16). L'installation est faite par un professionnel non sous-traitant, il a recouvert le cadrage existant de la même couleur que la porte.
