The technician was very professional and courteous. It was just unfortunate to have to pay this amount due to errors by Chamberland's customer service.

A representative came to install a garage door opener, and the next day a spring broke. I had to wait a week before another representative replaced the springs.

A huge thank you to Claude for his professionalism and patience. Despite the initial installation not being done by a garage door specialist, he managed to repair everything, level it, and practically make it look brand new. I highly recommend him.

Impeccable Service at Bourassa Laliberté Garage Doors I received exceptional service during the service call for my garage doors to be adjusted. The technician took the time to adjust the mechanisms and perform a complete service, while explaining in detail the best practices to follow annually to ensure their longevity. He also took care of syncing the MyQ app with my phone, a task that isn't even part of his usual responsibilities, just to make sure everything was working perfectly. Professional, attentive service that exceeded expectations. 5/5, thank you for the excellent work! I highly recommend them! 👍🏼
